What You’ll Do

• Manage our customer service inbox, providing prompt and exceptional support as our current CSM will be on leave for a year
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
• Maintain sales forecasts and tracking systems to improve overall efficiency
• Assist with the management of complex product deliveries from start to finish
• Create and deliver clear, high-quality reports and presentations for sales teams, management, and clients
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
