The Role
As Account Manager at Academic Positions, you will be overseeing a portfolio of new and existing customers and effectively managing relationships to drive profitable revenue growth.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for sales and customer relations in the German-speaking market. Our clients are universities and academic institutions in the higher education and research sector. You will focus on establishing new relationships and developing existing accounts.
Academic Positions provides our customers with a variety of services to attract international talents, such as job advertisement, employer branding, content marketing and social media solutions. You will receive continuous coaching and sales training from the team in order to develop and improve your sales skills over time.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone preferably with previous experience in new customer sales, and a proven track record. You are a fearless person determined to succeed and be motivated by challenges. High levels of creativity, problem solving-capability, goal-orientation, collaborativeness are highly regarded characteristics for this role as well as generally at Academic Positions.

- Dynamic and communicative, able to dispatch energy among the team
- Experience from a high level of competitive sports is a merit.
- Motivated by working towards challenging goals.
- Speak and write the German language fluently
